Pawsome Space Barge v1.1 !

After a successful soft launch, folowed with a bit of bug squashing and feature polish, Pawsome Space Bage v1.1 is live!

New Features:

- Steering acceleration for keyboard and d-pad input

- No longer fail mission for going too far out

- Increase player ship speed slightly

- Texture for planet!

- Title screen music

- Better explain controls

- Orbital limit warnings from Kitty

- Gamepad d-pad bindings

- Thumbstick input improved (rotate towards and thrust)

Bug Fixes:

- Enforce orbital limits

- Fix mission fail when barge hits debris before initialized

- Fix split-screen re-enter on player rejoin.

- Better handling of exit game for WebGL build

- Esc/Start properly exits pause menu

- Fix errors from key spamming

- Various dialog fixes

- Fix particle asteroids floating away after re-particlizing
